Today I took the day off from the gym I am incredibly sore from the workout last night it even hurts to sit on the toilet I haven't been this sore in a long time, but tomorrow is Zumba!! So for dinner I wanted something different so I threw together this recipe and it came out so good but it wasn't very filling I was still hungry after.

Start with making biscuits I bought the low fat ones |

After they cook cut them in half |
Then I split 1/4cup of tomato sauce on two pieces then used 1/4cup of cheese on both then topped it with turkey pepperoni and added some mushrooms on some of them. I put them in the oven at 350degrees until the cheese melted.

ReplyDeleteI do this recipe with Whole Grain english muffins.. maybe try it that way and see if they are more filling? Looks yummy this way though.. :)
