These past couple of days have been great!

So far the challenge has been going awesome! The girls have been using the facebook page a lot that I set up and I'm glad! It's a great way for us all to talk and keep it private at the same time. The workouts have been killer but I love them so much. They are so fast paced and right when you think you can't go anymore the rest comes or its time to switch it up to another move. I got the results and recovery formula from beach body and it has helped a lot with my muscle soreness I feel like I have worked out muscles I have never worked before lol. Yesterday I was so hungry and felt like I could not stay full! I have been tracking my calories and using my bodybugg to see what I'm burning but even when I am staying at the right amount of calories I still feel hungry has that happened to you before?

Hubby and I went hiking this morning! It's been about a week or so since we hiked which is too long!!! I got new hiking shoes that are ment for trail running and they have awesome grip!! We jogged a little on the way back down but I didn't want to over due it since we have our insanity workout tonight. Here are a couple of pics from it!

It got pretty hot at the end since we went a little bit later then we normally do but I burned around 700cals so I'm not complaining!!! After the hike we came home and made breakfast
one egg with egg sub omelet with tomato and mushroom inside and ff cheese along with some strawberries an english muffin and coffee with 1tbs creamer and stevia


this omelet was amazing and a nice change from scrambled!! Do you eat bfast everyday? If so do you normally eat the same thing or change it up?

    1. I know!! I can't beleve how many I burn when I check it! I wish it didn't get so hot in az so I could go more!

  3. I have a voracious appetite while doing Insanity.

    You wanna know something crazy...I'm actually on the same schedule as you are right now! I missed out the last week of my first round of Insanity so I just started the second round of it.

    Yep. I "eat" breakfast every day. I have a shakeology first thing when I wake up. It helps bind up the extra bile in my stomach.

    1. awesome that your at the same point!!! did you take before pics too? I love shakeology its so amazing and keeps me full for so long compared to other shakes I have had!

  4. I always eat breakfast. I mostly go between oatmeal or yogurt and I put ground flaxseed in both. I never seem to get tired of either. :)

  5. You blog definitely inspired me. I am around the same weight and sometimes i feel like i am in over my head with insanity. It is SO hard, but when im done i feel so proud of myself for sticking through it. Weight loss is a crazy journey, but you just have to stick with it! Congrats on your success so far!!
