Hubby and I went hiking this morning! It's been about a week or so since we hiked which is too long!!! I got new hiking shoes that are ment for trail running and they have awesome grip!! We jogged a little on the way back down but I didn't want to over due it since we have our insanity workout tonight. Here are a couple of pics from it!

It got pretty hot at the end since we went a little bit later then we normally do but I burned around 700cals so I'm not complaining!!! After the hike we came home and made breakfast
|one egg with egg sub omelet with tomato and mushroom inside and ff cheese along with some strawberries an english muffin and coffee with 1tbs creamer and stevia|
this omelet was amazing and a nice change from scrambled!! Do you eat bfast everyday? If so do you normally eat the same thing or change it up?
